Do you love history, city life, amazing art and architecture and mouth-watering food? If so, Rome will capture your heart.

We hosted a group trip to Italy that started and ended in Rome with Tuscany being the main focus. Our highlights in Rome were a fun lunch at Trattoria Massa after our Vatican tour, dinner in a private loft on Tiberina Island with an Italian chef (a spot Marlon Brando used to frequent) and running into Max Giusti, an Italian actor at Trattoria della Barchetta. It was also great to reunite with my family and friends who live there!

What I loved most about this trip is how we all bonded. For those of us that live in Charleston, we periodically get together for dinners and reminisce of the funny memories we made in Italy. We also are planning to do a cooking lesson/dinner with my mom at some point which I’m sure will be a blast!

Daniele is from Mirano, which is a town outside of Venice and my parents are both from Italy. My dad is from Rome and my mom is from Cassino, so being Italy Specialists is a natural fit for us. If you are looking to go to Italy, you can contact me at: info@dmctraveltailor.com and or stefany@largaytravel.com to start planning your dream trip!

Ciao for now!

Stefany
